NATIONAL HEROES’ DAY PRESS STATEMENT 10 AUGUST 2020

Abstract

The National Transitional Justice Working Group (NTJWG) joins the rest of the nation in commemorating National Heroes’ Day. This day is celebrated annually on the second Monday of August in recognition of the sacrifices of all those that fought to liberate our country. National Heroes’ Day is this year commemorated under the theme, “Remembering Our Heroes”.
