Abstract

AN ACT to provide for the establishment of the Zimbabwe Export Processing Zone Authority and to provide for the functions thereof; to provide for the establishment of export processing zones, the administration and control thereof; to provide for the constitution and functions of the Zimbabwe Export Processing Zone Board; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.
